I’m a realtor living in four season, I have been licensed for 4years now, it’s hard and expensive staying in this business because of all the fees we have to pay in order to keep a valid license, please if you live in this areaor near by, I can help, give a realtor in your area a chance, it’s hard to start, no one knows you, everyone hires an agent that has worked with someone they know, but me, as a newer realtor, I have to start somewhere, give a chance to your neighbor . if no one hired new comers than no one would get started in any business. The reason I got into this business is b/c it’s flexible, with kids I couldn’t effort daycare, that already said, I will give back 0.5% of my earned commission to your favorite charity/church, can’t give back another way bc I can’t effort to do something illegal
I work really hard and well, reliable, flexible and very friendly, always reachable even after 5pm. My agreement (contract) with a buyer/seller is usually about 90-120 days, if I don’t give you exceptional service and sell your property or help you find one, we don’t have to renew our contract.
