Despite my fear of heights, I’ve climbed the ladder this year.

Landing in the top 4% of Central Maryland agents is an honor, but what I love most? I’m not just in a niche market—I’m in both.

For the people who want to explore geographically, Wander Homes the perfect fit. My niche is that I don’t have one.

Real estate is rarely a solo sport, and I’m endlessly grateful for the people—my powerhouse female team, clients, friends, colleagues—who have trusted me, referred me, and cheered me on. Knowing there are 12,000+ licensed agents in this region you could have called… but you called me. That will never be lost on me.

And yes, the purple Hampden house photo is my most-used photo, and I regret nothing. You’ve seen it before, and this will not be the last time you see it.

As for Real Producers functions? The stress of what to wear and where to put a name tag is already making my hands sweat—I’m way better at exploring homes. If anything, I’ll RSVP and then absolutely not go. This changes nothing for me—I get this moment to be proud, to thank you and then I get back to the good work. 💜

Hi, I’,m a quirky book lover with two chocolate labs often spotted with a glass of Cabernet in a stemless wineglass that has a punny saying on it.

In my spare time I go down the google rabbit hole of how to make my own candles and raise chickens in an urban environment.

Being brave and healthy-conscious adjacent, I did once try natural deodorant for a month, but have no fear, that season ended and I smell great.

My laugh is contagious and I will definitely tell you if you have food in your teeth. I expect you to make me laugh and return the favor of ‘food in teeth’ gently.

Intrusive thought while showing houses: I’d like to smash that wall of mirrors.

Does it count as an intrusive thought if we were all thinking the same thing though?

As a counterbalance, my second thought was that I wanted to windex the fingerprint smudges…

So perhaps I need a day off or perhaps the opposite ⏯️ more people should hire my team to list their houses. Because our team… we wouldn’t let this fly
