You can’t do it alone.

No matter how capable you are the people around you matter more than the plan.

A strong team doesn’t just support the work. It supports you.

I’ve been lucky enough to have that on both sides personally and professionally. And sometimes those two worlds blur together, which honestly makes it even better.

A new chapter is starting.

We bought our house before we were “ready” and walked in with $100K in equity from day one. Here’s exactly how 👇

Most people scroll past fixer-uppers. We saw an opportunity.
