One of the things I love most about real estate is how interesting it is to see how you end up working with certain clients.
A while back, I purchased some beautiful wood slabs from my client, Michael, to build a live-edge desk for our office. I actually drove out to this very property to pick them up. Michael Collins was incredibly patient as I sorted through his large selection looking for just the right slabs, and it didn’t take long to realize he was someone who took pride in what he did.
During that visit, I learned that he and his family own Collins Tree Experts, a local business that many people around the Eastern Shore know and trust.
Fast forward many months later, Michael remembered that I was a realtor. He reached out to see if I could help him and his growing family sell their current home so they could move on to the next chapter and purchase a larger one.
The rest is history.
I’m incredibly grateful that Michael and his family trusted me to help them through the process of listing and selling their home. It’s always rewarding when a relationship that starts in one way unexpectedly turns into the opportunity to help someone achieve their real estate goals.
