Phoenix Property Developers, LLC is an Annapolis based real estate investment firm that buys, sells, and invests in distressed real estate. We seek to improve the community by acquiring houses that have trouble selling and need substantial renovations in order to bring them back to life. We will also buy houses from motivated sellers who want a quick cash settlement. We then put these revitalized

projects back into the community in like-new condition, at a cost that is similar to houses that have not been renovated. We take pride in seeing the smiles on the faces of new home owners as we give them the keys to their brand new home and we take pride in knowing that we paid attention to every detail during our renovations. Tim Asher has been working in construction, real estate law or real estate brokerage since he began working with a custom home builder during the summers while in college. While getting his undergraduate degree at Towson University he also worked part time at several law firms that focused on real estate law. When the real estate market tanked in 2008, Tim found himself in the eye of the storm, working for the banks processing waves of foreclosures in Maryland and D.C. He learned how to be one step ahead of the banks as they were fire-selling millions of dollars of real estate each day. In 2010, Tim began buying foreclosures. In 2011, Timothy became a licensed real estate sales person. He works closely with a select group of investors moving real estate. In 2013, Timothy earned his MBA from University of Maryland University College.

Came to hug my great grandfathers tree after having breakfast with my parents. The tree is hollow at the base after getting struck by lightning and my dad would play in it when he was young. My dad told me at breakfast he doesn’t understand meditation. When I gave the tree a hug I remembered my dad telling me to breathe when I was young. Slow down and breathe. Let the thoughts and illusions pass. The lighting can strike and the tree will keep growing if it’s rooted well.
