As a law graduate, owner of a commercial real estate company, and successful residential real estate agent with 30+ years in sales; I have developed a unique skill set that has taught me to think outside the “proverbial box”. Having worked in the government contracting arena negotiating multi-million dollar defense contracts, high-level enterprise sales, as well as mortgage finance, I have developed strong negotiation skills that are invaluable to my residential real estate practice. I enjoy the process of negotiating the best financial and business terms possible for my clients, while at the same time helping my clients navigate the ups and downs of both the home selling and buying process. Outside of real estate, I am an active member of my community. In 2013, I was appointed by the Governor of Maryland to a four-year term as a Commissioner on the Maryland Home Improvement Commission, a position that places me at the highest level of public trust.
