FHLB funding is back beginning 1/16/18!

This program is to help cover closing costs and down payments for homebuyers.

• $5,000 grant for first time homebuyers
• $7,500 grant for first responders and community partners (current or retired law enforcement, educators, firefighters, and health care workers)
• up to $10,000 for Veterans

The program is available anywhere in MD AND forgivable after 5 years in residence (no need to pay back the money if you stay in the house for 5 years). There are income limits based on household size. If you have any questions, please contact me.
