Every so often in Real Estate, you get a unicorn.

The gloriously amazing out of state buyer called me on a Thursday and was relocating to Annapolis and wanted to see three houses on a Saturday. After we took a look at the very first one she said THIS IS IT. I don’t need to see the other two; this is the one I want.

I wrote the offer for her right away and then the Listing Agent told me she got another offer. My client was willing to do what it took to win the offer and she did. And TWO WEEKS later she bought such a beautiful house in such a beautiful community and she is just so happy and I am so happy to have been a part of her journey.
