I’m incredibly honored to have been named the 2026 World Changer Award Winner by Baltimore Real Producers.

Baltimore Real Producers recognizes the top 500 real estate professionals across Anne Arundel, Baltimore, and Howard Counties, making this recognition especially meaningful.

What makes it even more special is that this award isn't about transactions or production—it's about impact.

This recognition reflects causes and communities that are much bigger than me, including co-founding the Real Estate Rumble with Rachael Acevedo to benefit the Alzheimer's Association. Earlier this month, our incredible community came together to raise more than $90,000 for Alzheimer's care, support, and research.

It also reflects my commitment to Climb for Love, a fundraiser supporting Gracebomb.org. This September, I'll be hiking to Everest Base Camp to help raise awareness and funds for their mission.

Real estate has allowed me to serve people every day, but some of the most rewarding work happens outside of a transaction—when we come together to make a difference.

Thank you to Baltimore Real Producers for this honor, to everyone who supports these causes, and to the clients, friends, family, and colleagues who continue to encourage me along the way.

I’ve been sailing since I was a kid, so touring a home on Whitehall Bay felt a little like being in my happy place.

The views, the boating lifestyle, and the location on this beautiful peninsula are hard to beat.

I love getting the opportunity to tour homes like this and share them with you—not because they’re just beautiful houses, but because they represent a lifestyle that makes Annapolis such a special place to call home.

And yes, the sailboat covering my mouth was intentional. Apparently the Whitehall Bay breeze had other plans for that part of the tour. 🚤😂
