This family grew so near and dear to my heart during our long-ish journey to secure a new home and eventually offload their current home on Lake Wedowee.
The Bozeman’s were referred to me by a close friend (we love referrals!) toward the end of 2025 with a goal in mind. To move closer to where life was happening for them. After a few months of waiting for activity on their current home and touring homes in Calhoun County, they decided to change the plan altogether!! They saw a new construction home on a beautiful waterfront lot in Chelsea, AL, where they actually moved from to get onto Lake Wedowee!
That particular home went under contract!!! However, a different floor plan across the water was still under construction and ready for the Bozmans to add their personal touches. God always has a plan right? This deal worked out best for them! We closed on the new build rather quickly.
During the final walk-through of their purchase, they asked what they could do differently to help sell their home. I quickly shared my perspective on repositioning the home on the market, built a plan with them, and relaunched it on the open market! We received an offer in 3 days and, again, according to God's plan, were able to off-load this gorgeous lake home where they raised their children.
Their story isn't over, and I hope this part of their story, which I was blessed to be a part of, can encourage others in similar situations... that who you trust in your real estate dealings truly matters.
There's more to this business than opening doors, listing in MLS, and praying things work out. It takes grit, creativity, experience, heart, and ACTIVELY pursuing what is best for the client no matter the end result. Luckily, this end result was a happy ending! All in God's precious timing!
