Some transactions close what seems like over night and well some takes 2 plus months. We are happy to have crossed the finished line today on this one. Guess you could say we came in with a bang. But can't wait to see what they do with this gorgeous place.

I got asked the other day by a client how I manage it all. And then someone else ask me where I have been hiding well the picture will answer this.
My days this summer have been on the blessed but busy side and I would not have it any other way.
Morning we are up early one gets dropped at workouts/practice. Mom heads to the gym for her workout. Then to meet clients or to go hide to get paperwork done. Then off to pick up my child and back home between helping clients and figuring out what has to be done next. Add in 2 days a week our oldest get dropped off at his summer internship which he is loving. But I would not have it any other way. Getting to watch our girl do what she love and our son enjoying working with the animals.
