Amber & Co. spearheaded the sale of my last two homes. When my husband & I started to consider the sale of our first home, it was important for us to have someone that was both experienced in the industry but also someone that was easy to communicate with. Amber made that sale and the purchase on our next home completely stress free & in the process she truly became like family to us. After such a great experience with our previous sale, it was no question that once we decided to move again, we would call her for our next sale. The sale of our most recent home proved to be more complicated- a domino sale. If you are unfamiliar with that term, the gist of it is that one sale depends on the other so that all the dominos fall at the same time. Due to no fault of Amber’s, those dominos had to fall a little ‘out of order’ leaving us under the umbrella of two mortgages. This could have been terrifying - but here is where Amber & Co. outshines her competitors. She rolled up her sleeves, had our house back under contract within two days, and kept us informed so that we never had to worry. She truly goes above & beyond to give her buyers & sellers the utmost confidence & peace in what could be such a stressful process. Her knowledge, experience, compassion, & grace in her field is unmatched!
