One thing many people don’t realize is that a home’s list price isn’t based on opinions or what someone thinks a property should be worth.
Before recommending a price, REALTORS® typically review:
✔ Recent comparable sales
✔ Current market conditions
✔ Property condition
✔ Location
✔ Acreage, square footage, and features
✔ Similar homes currently on the market
✔ Buyer activity and demand
Every property is different, and every buyer has different goals. What may be perfect for one buyer may not be the right fit for another.
The goal is to provide objective market information so sellers can make informed decisions when determining a pricing strategy for their home.
