This home was a unique one! I was the 3️⃣rd agent they hired to sell the home within a span of about 6 months.
When they called me and I inspected the property I had them make a few repairs and completely repaint one room as it was BRIGHT green and did not flow well.
After everything was done and I took professional photos, it was ready to list!
Once we went to market we went pending in only 5️⃣ DAYS 🙌🏼🎉
Had a smooth closing and clients (as you can read) are VERY happy 🙌🏼🥳
