Early in my career, I built multiple thriving chiropractic practices by designing systems and procedures that allowed each clinic to run smoothly without me. That success gave me both the freedom and the capital to start investing in real estate 22 years ago. My real estate journey began with commercial properties and later expanded into single-family homes and small multifamily units. Today, I focus exclusively on commercial multifamily apartment complexes—both as an active sponsor and a passive investor. Through these ventures, I’ve learned how to create reliable, tax-advantaged streams of income while minimizing day-to-day headaches.
