With rates under 3 your buying power has never been more than it is right now.

Thanks to Federal Reserve policy, the average rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage fell to 2.98 percent. That could spur buying and construction.

Great Home in Lebanon closing next week. Client has loved this home for 20 years and new family is going to make memories there for the next 20.
