As an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, Bryan donates a portion of his commission to local LGBTQ+ foundations that support AIDS research and LGBTQ advocacy. Bryan and his team can help with everything including buying, selling, investing, probate, short sales, foreclosures, HUD homes, home insurance, loans, and real estate advice. The key to our success is creating a custom road map to success even if that doesn't involve our team. In late 2007 Bryan and his boyfriend at the time were shopping for a home. Bryan’s boyfriend was getting ready to deploy and busy working on base during the day. This led a lot of work to be on Bryan’s shoulders. While talking to real estate agents and other real estate professionals Bryan was overwhelmed and felt uncomfortable opening up to the people he was talking to because of the fear of being judged and the repercussions that could follow with his boyfriend being gay and in the military. Many years later when Bryan was pondering his career path, he remember what it was like to not have a voice and feeling uncomfortable, Bryan chose to become an advocate for those who can not be an advocate for themselves and serve his community through real estate.
