I have been a licensed real estate agent serving Contra Costa and San Joaquin counties since 2005. I have been a top producing agent since 2007 and have helped hundreds of people to purchase or sell their homes. Starting in early, 2007, I became a top producer of REO/foreclosed properties for 19 major banks. I have sold several hundred properties as a trusted representative for these banks. I have also been completing short sales since 2007 (before the majority of people really knew what short sales were). I'm extremely experienced with short sales, am certified as a HAFA Short Sale Specialist, and am truly a Short Sale Expert. Don't trust an inexperienced agent to handle your largest asset.
