I want to congratulate my most recent clients Kary, Jim and young Sam on the purchase of their new home in Lindenhurst. It’s been a bit of a roller coaster ride since we started the search. A few disappointments (outbid several times), a few properties that were a disappointment when viewed, but they remained focused, as they say on the final goal – a new family home in a certain school district for furthering Sam’s young educational years. Finally all the pieces came together in their favor and Monday 8/24 was Closing Day!!! I would be lax if I didn’t mention a long (long) time Friend, Kary‘s mom in referring me, and placing their confidence in me to help put all the pieces of the puzzle together. Thank you for your trust, it’s a very good day & many more to come.
