Our Story

Our names are Kevin Vierra and Todd Chambers and we are the Sold Buy Guys. Together we have a combined 30+ years of experience in serving home buyers and sellers in the San Francisco Bay Area. That also means we have a combined 30+ years experience being consultants, psychologists, family therapists and ministers to our clients. Lets face it, buying or selling a home can quickly become overwhelming. Without a doubt, it is one of the biggest and most important decisions of your entire life. In a lot of situations it can be overwhelming for both client and agent. By combining our efforts, we have alleviated that stress and are able to give you the focus and effort you deserve. Teaming up also means we have doubled up on our negotiating power and created a much more stable foundation our clients can stand on. You should never be at the mercy of your agents schedule. By working with us, you’ll never have to.

Part of our success comes from taking a personal interest in all of our clients. That allows us to be fully invested in their needs and desires. It also makes our clients confident that all of our strategies are uniquely formed based on their needs. Not ours. On top of all that, we are also pretty fun to work with. Being able to remove some of the hurdles a single agent would face, allows us to really have fun with the process and keep our clients at ease. The other big factor to our success is being able to consistently evolve our techniques and processes based on the top of the line technology available to us. Gone are the days of having to meet at the office and have long meetings. Technology allows us to be nimble and work from anywhere.

Helping our clients buy and sell their homes is will always be our number one. A very close second however is being stewards of our community. We find it extremely important to serve the community that we and our clients call home. Whether it is donating to local charities, volunteering, sponsoring local events, promoting local businesses or just being involved in the community. Our goal is to continually be contributing to our local community and be a resource to those new to or unfamiliar with the area.
