About year ago today, I woke up and had been let go.

My first thought? "Well... this is awkward."
Almost three years at OpenDoor taught me more than I could've imagined—handling a crazy high volume of homes, negotiating deals across multiple states, and learning how to solve just about every problem that can pop up in a transaction.
I got laid off on a Tuesday... and by Tuesday afternoon my sister and I were officially a team.
One year later, we've never looked back.
To everyone who's trusted us, referred us, cheered us on, or just liked a post—thank you. We're just getting started, and the best is still ahead.

Now let's celebrate... see you all at Toy Story next weekend!
