They weren’t in a rush to buy, and then we found this one…

There’s nothing quite like moving day! 🚚📦 Congratulations to this sweet family on their beautiful new home! 🫶

The search for a new home wasn’t a need... it started as a casual conversation about possibly finding a little more space, but most importantly, more yard 🌳

Then this one came along…It checked every box, a full acre, and even better, it was less than five minutes from their current home! What started as a “maybe someday” conversation suddenly became very real.

We saw the house on a Friday afternoon, moved quickly, and put together a strong offer before a full weekend of showings. We knew this one wouldn’t be easy to win, but in the end, we beat out multiple offers with a strategy strong enough that the sellers canceled the rest of their scheduled showings that very night! 💪

Then we hit some unexpected turbulence, something none of us could see coming. A title issue dating back more than 20 years had simply been overlooked by the original builder. There were moments where we had to pause, regroup, and figure out the best path forward. Through it all, Jake and Cassie stayed patient, trusted me, Mann, McGibney & Jordan | The Triangle, and Logan Martini and tackled every challenge right alongside us.

To make it even sweeter, we sold their previous home to a family whose biggest dream was living in that neighborhood. It couldn’t have worked out better for everyone involved.

This marks deals number two and three together, and that isn’t something I ever take for granted. Their trust in me and my team means everything!
