The new kitchen cabinet trend for 2024 is stainless steel. It is representative of a chef’s kitchen. Adding some wood tones and color would help the kitchen seem a bit warmer. Personally I prefer either painted or stained cabinets in my kitchen.

I love the colors used to decorate this new construction home in a 55+ community. I especially like the bronze color of the light fixtures over the island.

I saw this closet last week in a new construction home. I love the huge mirror and a place to sit when putting on or removing shoes plus lots of shelf space. This seat could also be a great place for a little solitude if needed during the day. 😊
