UH OH !!!! IT’S HAPPENING FOLKS !!!!! Spring is springing. It’s time to make some moves.

if you’ve been on the sidelines contemplating selling or purchasing a home, now may be a good time. The weather is warming up in most areas and people will soon be out and about. So make sure you are ready.

Homes are still selling, and buyers are still buying. In many areas, home prices have either stabilized already or are in the process of stabilizing.

Now if only the Fed would stop raising interest rates. AARRRGGGHH !!!
