Here is a lesson in believing in yourself.

18 months ago, I had a business idea in creating luxury suites for the high-end client in mind – So I went out and created TLC Suites. (Triangle Luxury Cooperate Suites)

I then went out on a limb.
- With only 2 years real estate experience
- Launched during Covid


The units have been profitable, but not what I originally expected.

I never got discouraged because I knew my IDEA & CONCEPT was SOUND!

After learning so much in the last 18 months and making a few tweaks………it is now outperforming my expectations bookings/occupancy and revenue.

I am more than EXCITED and PUMPED!

In the last 60 days:
-Secured 85% occupancy for the rest of 2023 and 50% for 2024
-Exceeded original revenue amount by 120%
