Have you heard of the new way real estate will be done, across the US???? (Luckily the new revolution has been everything I have believed in and thought… evidenced by my blog on my website from a few years ago, posted below)…. However…. I will say… I do believe, that in the next 8months-a few years… we will need a whole heck of a lot more real estate litigation attorneys😂 and if you don’t know what’s shakin’ , depending on a judge ruling- come July- sellers everywhere will no longer be advertising a buyers agency commission- so sellers will not be obligated to pay a buyers agent. Buyers will pay their buyers agent directly. (Which is great really…. In the long run…) But, in the short run, it may lead to a lot of buyers representing themselves and unhappy with a contract they signed and a plethora of other problems and suing suing suing…. It’s going to be years of ironing out kinks, lawsuits, changing every contract…. And getting used to paying an agent as a buyer… So… don’t be left behind, heed my words of advice… just hire your own agent… when the time comes… wether it’s your buyer agent or listing agent… they work for you, they know everything real estate, trust them, they will protect you, they will mitigate your risk, coordinate everything, manage everything, and have your best interests in mind…. I’m here for you!
