Even if you THINK you are going to live in your current home forever, think long and hard before installing solar panels. We have see many times where owners install solar panels with a loan, and then cannot sell their home because either a buyer doesn't want to take over that loan, or financially cannot. I have been warning about solar panels for years, and when I saw an article in the news about it, I had to share it today!
