I just sold a new construction home to a couple that took in their grandchildren as the mother was unfit and didn’t want the kids. They moved the kids from Louisiana a week ago, has already put them in school in Ruskin and is signing on a contract for a new home so each of the kids have their own bedrooms vs the 2 bedroom home they currently own. Met these clients at 1:00pm today and showed them a few homes but the awesome part of today was when the three kids got out of school and we took them back to see their new home!
I have a lot of great stories in my 17 year career of originating mortgages and selling homes and this is definitely up there with a few of my favorites and most rewarding.
