✅ Change your air filter monthly to improve airflow and help prevent dust buildup.

✅ Keep your thermostat fan set to AUTO rather than ON. This helps control humidity levels and reduces the risk of moisture buildup that can contribute to organic growth.

✅ Recommended Florida thermostat setting: Keep your A/C between 74°F and 78°F for optimal comfort, efficiency, and humidity control.

A little preventative maintenance goes a long way in protecting your home and helping your A/C perform at its best! 🌴☀️
