It’s official — word on the street is true 👀☕ Better Buzz is opening in Apple Valley in 7 days!

Attention High Desert residents

posting this the morning of Thursday, July 17, and I didn’t see the sign up yesterday, so it’s either opening the 23rd or the 24th. Guess we won’t officially know until Better Buzz says so themselves 😂

Word on the street — this hidden gem in Apple Valley is a must try 🍵

Organic Fusion Teahouse & Cafe has been on the list of hidden gems here in the high desert

Here’s what we got this time:
🍚 Veggie fried rice (ask for the mushrooms!)
🧈 Crispy tofu — has a kick, but it’s one of our favorites
🌭 Korean cheese corn dog — hot version is next on the list
🥤 Taro smoothie, we upgraded to large

But that barely scratches the surface of their menu — they’ve also got:
🍣 Sushi rolls
🍜 Ramen & noodle bowls
🍛 Rice bowls (orange chicken, pork belly, curry chicken)
🥟 Dumplings & potstickers
🍵 Boba, milk teas, matcha & hojicha with cheese foam, fruit teas & smoothies

☕ COMING SOON: 🐝 Better Buzz Coffee in Apple Valley, California!!!

Drove by today and this is looking SO close to opening. They’re taking over the old Sonic location on Bear Valley Rd, right by the new Hobby Lobby in Apple Valley

A little backstory: Better Buzz Coffee started as a small-batch coffee roaster out of San Diego, and they’re known for their handcrafted lattes, cold brews, smoothies, acai bowls, avocado toast, and breakfast sandwiches. Basically a whole vibe, not just coffee. ☕🥑

🗣️Hidden gem alert
✨ Spice of India — Hesperia, California

If you haven’t tried Indian food yet, THIS is where you start. 🍛

We got the chicken curry (darker one) and chicken tikka masala (the bright orange one) — mild to medium spice, served over rice with that famous garlic naan on the side.

Don’t sleep on the mango lassi either, it’s a yogurt based drink and so good. 🥭

Soft music, cool artwork, chill vibe — this place is a High Desert hidden gem. Go check it out! 👇
