I had an appointment yesterday with one of my clients to list her home. I was a little early so thought I'd make a quick video about this home. This is the 4th transaction I will be closing on it in a few weeks! My client is a Veteran and she used her VA loan to buy it. She's also willing to let another Veteran assume the VA loan and that could save another Veteran hundreds of dollars a month as her mortgage rate is much lower than today's rates!

Recently, I had the opportunity to meet my County's Assessor-Recorder County Clerk at the Greater High Desert Chamber of Commerce breakfast meeting. We are in San Bernardino County and our newly elected County Clerk is Josie Gonzales.

In her presentation, she also discussed the California Disabled Veteran Property Tax Exemption. Afterwards, she and I took a photo and I let her know that I educate on VA Loans and other benefits for Veterans including the Property Tax Exemption and that it's actually the video I get the most views on and the topic I am constantly asked about. She was super nice!

Today, Luke got a notice in the mail about the exemption amount for 2025. If you have any questions about property tax exemptions, let me know! There are exemptions for non-Veterans too!
