Big congrats to my good friend Gaspar on closing on rental property #3! 🏡🔥

It’s been awesome watching him continue to build his portfolio and make smart moves.

This one wasn’t easy either. We were up against multiple offers, but we still managed to win the deal, negotiate a great price, and get seller-paid closing costs.

The property sits on over half an acre in West St. Paul and has a ton of potential. I seriously can’t wait to see what Gaspar does with the renovations and how this one turns out.

Congratulations to Carlos and Olivia on the purchase of their beautiful new home! 🏡🎉

This one was special. They were tired of renting and ready to find a place they could truly call their own. We went out looking at homes, and on the very first day, we found the perfect one for them.

They ended up with a beautiful detached townhome with a low HOA — basically the best of both worlds. They get the privacy and feel of a single-family home, while still having the convenience of an HOA.

On top of that, they were able to take advantage of some great down payment programs that helped make this purchase possible. It’s always a great feeling when everything comes together the right way.

Looks like we’re getting a good snowstorm today ❄️ Here are a few quick things homeowners can do to stay ahead of it:

• Move cars off the street if possible so plows can get through
• Bring in or secure anything loose on decks or in the yard
• Make sure furnace vents and exhaust pipes outside stay clear of snow
• Keep a shovel and ice melt by the door for quick access
• Charge phones and devices in case of a power outage
• Stock a few basic essentials just in case travel gets messy
