This elevated speakeasy is cozy, cool, and completely different from the upstairs restaurant! They will be open from Wednesday-Sunday from 5:59pm - 11:59pm, because Billy says “Nothing good ever happens after midnight!”

How incredible would it be if you could pay off your mortgage EARLY? It might sound far-fetched, but it’s not impossible. In fact, 37% of homeowners in the US are living mortgage-free. And you can be one of them!

Here are three hacks to knock that 30-year mortgage out early:

1️⃣ Make an extra payment every year! To do this, you simply divide your mortgage payment by 12 and add that amount to your payment each month.

2️⃣ When your income increases, don’t increase your spending! I know it is tempting to increase your spending along with your raise, but if you keep the same budget you are able to put that extra $ towards your mortgage.

3️⃣ Put surprise money towards your mortgage! When you get extra $ from a bonus, inheritance, refund check, tax return, or whatever else it may be, consider putting it to your mortgage. The future you will thank you!

✔️ Repair leaky faucets
✔️ Change batteries in all smoke & carbon monoxide detectors

2️⃣ Move in and live life! As you continue to live in the home, start with small cosmetic changes to make the home looking better than it did when you bought it
3️⃣After a year or two, buy a new home and rent out the first one (Pro tip: 2 years is more ideal than 1 since you’ll be able to avoid capital gains taxes if you live in the home for at least two years!)
4️⃣ Wash, rinse & repeat

By living in a house before renting it out, you can finance it as a residence, which will land you far better terms on a loan 👏
