What's a bidding war?🧐

A bidding war occurs when more than one buyer makes competing offers on the same home. This is often due to a high demand for homes with a slow supplying market. (similar to our current housing market.)

The buyer’s agent supports the writing of the offer, and passes it on to the listing agent, who presents them to the seller. Once the seller receives the offers, it is up to them with the guidance of their selling agent to determine who receives the home.
