I’ve been working in real estate ever since I helped build a house in exchange for 10 acres of land at the age of 19 and the following year along with 2 partners built and sold my first investment property on a different tract of land. Today, along with my real estate license, I maintain my general contracting license. I am also well-versed in the legal side of real estate after working w
