The people in my circle who just get it — I don't say this enough.
Thank you for the rescheduled dinners you never made me feel guilty about. For learning a whole vocabulary you never planned to learn. For knowing which silence means give me a minute and which one means I need food and a couch.

This job asks a lot. Of me — and quietly, of you.

I don't take that for granted.

And if you're looking for an agent who shows up for their clients the same way the people in my life show up for me — my DMs are open.

Three years of stagnation. Rates that pushed millions of buyers to the sidelines. A market that felt frozen for anyone trying to make a move.

That's changing.

NAR's chief economist is forecasting a 14% increase in home sales nationally in 2026 — driven by easing rates, more inventory, and buyers who have been waiting long enough. If rates reach 6%, an estimated 5 million additional households become mortgage-eligible. That's not a slow thaw. That's a wave building.
And waves reward the people who saw them coming.

Whether you've been waiting to buy, thinking about selling, or just trying to figure out if now is finally the right time — this is the market update worth paying attention to.

Reach out. Let's talk about what this means for you specifically.

I've been paying attention.
Every home that sold in under 7 days last month had the same things going for it. It wasn't luck. It wasn't just the market. It was decisions — made before the listing ever went live.

The price was right on day one. Not optimistic. Not "let's see what happens." Right.
The photos stopped the scroll. Natural light, clean lines, a lead shot that made you want to see the rest.

It was ready. No "sellers will consider credits." No deferred maintenance hanging over the negotiation. Buyers walked in and felt like they could move tomorrow.

And it was marketed like it mattered. Because it did.
None of this is accidental. All of it is a choice.

If you're thinking about listing and you want to be the house everyone's talking about — let's talk.

Genuine question: can your algorithm tell you which street floods after heavy rain? Which neighborhood is actually up and coming versus which one has been "up and coming" for twelve years?

Can it tell when a seller is bluffing?

AI is genuinely impressive. I use it. I'm not scared of it.

But there's a version of this job that's about data — and then there's the version that's about knowing that the house you almost didn't tour was the one you ended up crying happy tears in on closing day.

That second part? Still mine.
And if you want someone in your corner who brings both — DM me.

Someone sent me another "housing crash" article this week and asked if they should wait.
Here's what I told them.

Home prices rose in 71% of metro markets in Q1 2026. Monthly payments are down $140 from this time last year. First-time buyers are spending 4% less of their income on housing than twelve months ago.

That's not a crashing market. That's a market quietly improving while the headlines stay loud.
The people waiting for prices to collapse are still waiting. The people who bought last year are building equity.

Reach out. Let's look at what the numbers mean for your situation..

Top 5 horror movies of all time. No notes.

"We want turnkey." Budget: 1998.

The seller who took the market personally.

Being told no. By anyone. About anything.

A 9-5. I could never.

"My cousin's getting into real estate." The sequel nobody asked for.

If you made it this far and you're not a real estate agent — hi, we're a lot. But we're also the ones who will move mountains to get you into the right home.

And if you are a real estate agent — you felt every single one of these in your chest. Share this with someone who gets it.

Most agents will tell you whatever it takes to get the listing signed.

I've walked away from listings because the price wasn't right. I've had the uncomfortable conversation about the photos. I've told sellers an offer wasn't good enough even when taking it would have been easier for everyone.

That's not me being difficult. That's me being on your side.
If you want an agent who tells you the truth from day one — your home deserves that. Reach out when you're ready.

Before ➡️ After ✨

One of the things I love most about my real estate career is that it occasionally leads to some really unique opportunities like this one.

Using many of the same skills I use when staging homes, I had the chance to decorate and stage my very first commercial project at Breeze Dairy Group, LLC. From the conference room to the milking parlor viewing area, the goal was to create welcoming spaces that reflect the pride, care, and dedication behind their operation.

One of my favorite parts of this project was incorporating authentic photos of the farm throughout the space, along with a feature wall showcasing generations of the owners’ family farms. Those personal touches tell the story behind the operation and help visitors connect with the people, history, and values that make Wisconsin dairy farming so special.

Breeze Dairy Group is passionate about caring for their cows, supporting Wisconsin agriculture, and opening their doors to schools, visitors, and community members to learn more about the dairy industry. I’m grateful to have played a small part in helping bring that vision to life.

Swipe to see the transformation! ➡️🐄✨

Nobody prepares you for what buying your first home actually feels like.

The second-guessing. The moment a place surprises you. The drive home where you're already mentally moving in — but you don't want to say it out loud yet.

First-time buyers don't need more information. They need someone who recognizes where they are.

Swipe through — if you've said any of these, you're exactly where you're supposed to be.

And if you're ready to have someone in your corner who actually speaks this language — DM me any questions you have.

No pitch, no pressure.
