*What's a listing cart? I can set you up with a listing cart through the MLS that automatically e-mails you new listings within your individualized search criteria (location, price, amenities, etc.). It's a great way to get a feel for what is coming on the market.

*What's a comparative market analysis (CMA)? A CMA is an estimate of your home's value in the present market, COMPLETED BY A PROFESSIONAL REALTOR. Some people are so surprised about what their home is worth in this market. If you are thinking about selling, this is the best first step.

If you’ve asked my husband and I to do anything in the past year, there is a good chance our response was, “Sorry, we’re working at the four plex.” This was our first big real estate investment project, and it was a crazy, infuriating, educational, and massive growth experience. We have 3 of the 4 units completed and occupied, and the 4th will be completed by Christmas and a tenant lined up for January 1st. Literal blood, sweat, and tears went into this place, but I can’t wait for our next project (and by that I mean hiring out the rehab work 😅.)
