We are excited to announce that Nine Twenty Realty is now brokered by Real Broker, LLC.
The real estate industry has changed a lot over the last 5 years and it is expected to continue to evolve in the years to come. We truly believe that aligning our team with Real puts us in the best position to continue to serve our clients at a high level. This exciting change has been in the works for a couple months, but now that the transition is complete, we are excited to give you a peek into the future!
There are a bunch of reasons we chose to align with Real, but here are a couple of the biggest ones:
Awesome Technology - Real estate as we know it has changed drastically over the last few years. The biggest change has come in the world of technology. As an independent brokerage with only a couple agents, our access to some of the newest technology was limited. By joining forces with Real, we are tapping into the amazing technology that they have developed in house. This will be a huge benefit for both us as agents and to our clients. There is also a consumer-facing app in development to make our clientβs home buying and selling experience more streamlined.
Ongoing Training Opportunities - Real encourages and rewards agents for sharing their knowledge with other agents. With over 11,000 agents in 48 states, there is a massive collection of skills and experience that will only help agents within the company to grow.
Massive Growth Potential - Any agent looking for a change can join us at Real and work alongside us as a solo agent without the crippling fees and low commission splits that make getting into this industry nearly impossible for newer agents.
Ownership Opportunities - As agents working at Real, we now have the opportunity to gain an ownership stake in the company through their stock purchase plan as well as other joint venture opportunities on the horizon!
With this shift, we will continue to do what weβve always done: protect our clients, get superior results and give back to the community that we live in. Now though, we will have even more tools to help serve our clients.
