This one hits close to home. 🥹🤍 And honestly, it makes me SO, so, so happy!

We were patient. We searched, we waited, and we had our hearts broken a few times after rejected offers. But every “no” led us right here! to the home that is literally PERFECT for my buyer. 🏡✨

I cannot wait to see what she does with this home, the memories she creates, and the next chapter she gets to build here. She deserves this one so much!

Opening my camera roll is so surreal. 🤍

The number of different homes I’ve been lucky enough to walk through is incredible! homes full of character, sleek modern designs, charming farmhouses, cozy cottages, luxurious lakefront properties, rustic cabins, timeless colonials, elegant Victorians, mid-century gems, new construction, historic beauties, and everything in between.

Every home has a story, and getting to be part of so many of them is one of my favorite parts of being a Realtor! 🩷
