SPACE FILLED | 2820 N ROEMER RD
😅August proved to be very unprecedented, but luckily with some silver linings.
At the beginning of August, Bartlett signed a lease with Great Lakes Mechanical at 2820 N Roemer Rd in a very unexpected turn of events. Great Lakes Mechanical was previously located at 1084 Valley Rd in Menasha, which was unfortunately rendered unusable due to the tornado that swept the Fox Valley on July 27th.
We had the pleasure of being able to work alongside the Great Lakes’ team, who has been a part of the Bartlett Family since 2022, to resolve this unprecedented event. We’ve worked most closely with Nick Johnson, Project Manager and part owner. When speaking with him recently, after the most major events settled down, Nick mentioned it was much better to be able to move into a building with their same Landlord to minimize the complications. “It helped make a difficult situation easier to navigate. We are able to focus on getting our operations back up and running instead of dealing will multiple landlords, timelines, and moving pieces.” Nick also shared that while the move came under circumstances no one would have chosen, it has ultimately created some unexpected opportunities for Great Lakes Mechanical. The new facility provides more space and gives the company additional room to support its operations and future growth.
We are feeling very lucky to have been able to offer this solution for Great Lakes Mechanical and retain such a wonderful part of the Bartlett Family!
