🏠 Extra Cash for WI Real Estate Agents & Home Inspectors! 🏠
Looking to make some extra money on the side using skills you already have? House Buyer Dan is looking for local agents and inspectors in the Wisconsin area to do quick property walkthroughs for us — no long-term commitment, just paid per job.
What's involved:
A property visit takes about 30 minutes. You'll walk the home, snap photos and a quick video (interior, exterior, and key mechanicals), and note the condition of things like the roof, windows, and big-ticket items. We give you a simple checklist to follow — no guesswork.
No fancy gear needed — just a smartphone that takes clear photos. That's it.
Pay:
💵 $150 base rate for properties within 50 miles, with pay increasing for jobs further out. Paid weekly, every Friday, for completed work.
Why this works for agents & inspectors:
✅ Flexible — work it around your existing schedule
✅ Quick turnaround — about 30 minutes on site, 24 hours to submit
✅ You already know how to assess a property — this is a natural fit
✅ Great way to build a relationship with an active local investor
