Our team, “The Lindsey Walters Team” includes Lindsey Walters, Katie Schmidtke, Danielle Ritchie and Anna Haag. Lindsey Walters is the Team Leader. She was born and raised in the Fox Cities and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing and Human Resources. She is a member of Butte des Morts Country Club and loves to golf and travel. She been blessed with a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. Family is very important to her. After college she got to experience many great careers starting as a Staffing Manager for Cadre in Appleton, then on to a District Sales Manager in Chicago for Gradcity.com, running all of Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan Territories, and later moving to California achieving her Screen Actor's Guild Union Card. Her final destination was back in Wisconsin where she was blessed to start her career in Real Estate in 2011. Lindsey is in the top ranking for Wisconsin agents. Selling real estate is her passion! There is nothing more satisfying than a smile on the face of a happy buyer or seller. Katie Schmidtke is originally from Iowa, but no worries, she is a Packers fan. She is a skilled Buyer’s Agent. She has a background in dentistry, executive administration, sales, and customer relations. She is member of Butte des Morts Country Club and helps with many local charities. She has a wonderful husband GP Schmidtke, a local Orthodontist and two very active boys, Jack and Phillip.
