I am looking for more sellers to help out! Our team just helped a seller get 30 building code violations off their back and we were still able to put money in his pocket at closing. We also helped a couple avoid foreclosure and bought an inherited property all in the same day. We are not here to buy a property and leave our sellers high and dry after the transaction. This is the second time a landlord has sold a property while someone close to me is still living there. Most of the time they don't tell you until its already sold. But there are a few signs you can look for.

Here are a few sure fire signs that your landlord may be considering to sell.

1. Old age/health problems.
2. Financial issues (refusing to fix things).
3. They have sold other units.
