I’ve been working in the high-end market here for years, and what I keep seeing is that the people who value quiet luxury are choosing Naples over other coastal spots. It’s the soft white sand beaches, the golf, the refined dining, the boating lifestyle, and the old Florida charm that still feels genuine — all without sacrificing privacy or refinement.
