Two closings, and we’re so grateful to have been part of each story!

🏡 Closing #1: Our sellers were under a lot of pressure, they had already found their next home and their purchase depended on selling their current one. After our first accepted offer, buyers got cold feet. We jumped right back into action, secured a new accepted offer, and got everything closed in time for them to move into their new home.

🔑 Closing #2: We had the opportunity to represent the seller while also assisting the buyer. With great communication and teamwork, we were able to reach an agreement that everyone felt good about. Seeing both sides walk away happy is always a win!
