This one almost didn't make it to the closing table. 🏡

The day before our original closing, we got the call no seller wants to get...the buyer had unexpectedly lost their job and could no longer move forward.

So, we pivoted.

Back on the market, a new buyer, a new offer, a new timeline and on July 31st, we officially CLOSED. 🤍

Real estate doesn't always go according to plan. Sometimes my job is marketing a beautiful home and negotiating a great offer. Other times, it's keeping everyone calm, figuring out what comes next, and getting a transaction back on track when the plan completely changes.

This one took a few extra turns, but we got there.

So happy for my seller and so grateful they trusted me to navigate all of it with them. 🔑

The best part of this job isn't the houses, it's the relationships. 🤍

This year, I had the privilege of helping John and his wife purchase their condo, in the process of helping their son and his wife purchase their home, and now celebrating the successful sale of his previous home.
