Another Hero Found their home. Great couple, very different opinions on what perfection looks like in a home but they agreed on this one. It suits both of them.

The FLIGG family has had a combined total of 76 years in the Air Force. My brother and I overlapped for 19 of them. But having a Fligg in the Air force for a total of 58 of the 79 years is pretty cool to me.

It was a short 2 days on the market with this one. It went fast, and it went to a family that needed it. All parties involved are happy with this one. Good job with communication on both the buyer and seller parts.

Another wonderful couple was able to fight for the house that they wanted. Great couple, and they like tattoos so they must be decent folks. :)

Do you remember that slogan for Hairclub for Men from years ago? Similar situation.

"Not only am I a Homes for Heroes affiliate, I was a member."

5 Years ago we bought our house using the same program that I am proudly working with now. Thank you Cardinal Realty for helping me, and thousands of others.

This is not a duplicate entry. The home I had listed was the perfect fit for another client of mine. He is a Firefighter and can't wait to move in.

Here is a great victory for my seller. I worked through the Market Analysis, we found a great price for the Seller and Buyer, and this house flew off the market. Congrats to the Seller and Buyer for this great property.
