✨ Two closings. Two very different next chapters. ✨

Today I had the privilege of celebrating two closings, each representing an exciting new adventure.

🏡 One family officially closed on the sale of their Menasha home! We’ve already closed on their next home, so today was the final piece of the puzzle as they move forward into their next chapter with more space. ❤️

✈️ The second closing was for an LLC selling an investment property—with plans to use this transition to create more freedom and more time to travel and enjoy life. She's already on a plane to Alaska!

One of my favorite parts of real estate is that no two transactions, or reasons for moving, are ever the same. A new home, a sold investment, a growing family, a new town, more freedom… whatever the reason, I’m so grateful to be trusted to play a small part in life’s next moves and adventures. 🥰

There is something so special about helping first-time homebuyers become homeowners. 🏡❤️

Congratulations to these amazing buyers (and their adorable furbabies!) on the purchase of their new home on Doty Island!

They fell in love with the charm, character, and sense of community that Doty Island offered while they were renters, but they knew it was time to put down roots and become homeowners. One of my favorite parts of being a REALTOR® is educating buyers throughout the process and helping them feel confident every step of the way. Watching it all come together on closing day never gets old.

This home officially closed on Friday, just before the devastating storms impacted their historical home on Monday. While this may not be the start to homeownership they had imagined, they have already seen firsthand what makes this community so special. Neighbors are showing up, helping one another, and rallying together in ways that truly embody the spirit of Doty Island.

I have no doubt they are exactly where they are meant to be, surrounded by an incredible community and beginning a new chapter in a place they already love.
