Because we were all truly in agreement and committed to making it work, we were able to create a streamlined transaction that felt smooth, respectful, and collaborative from start to finish. That kind of teamwork is everything.

The buyer is thrilled to be expanding his Real Estate portfolio as he continues building for his growing family — such an exciting season of life and long-term vision.

We had our annual dinner last night with a twist of a murder mystery and masquerade ball! What an amazing event that and ( but mostly Marta’s creativity 😉) put together! Everyone was dressed to the T!

What a wonderful family to be a part of, I certainly feel like I’ve found my people.🥹

🚨 STOP THE RETURN OF POLLUTING PIPELINES! 🚨

My face says it all.😤

From oil spills to battery fires, Monterey Bay is facing serious threats. In 2015, a corroded oil pipeline near Santa Barbara spilled hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil, devastating Refugio State Beach and killing marine life. Now, that same pipeline is set to restart—without environmental review and little public transparency.

Meanwhile, Moss Landing’s battery storage facility has suffered multiple dangerous fires, raising concerns about safety and the risks of industrial expansion along our coast. Our communities and ecosystems should not be collateral damage for corporate negligence. Thank you for allowing me to post your public comment.

The California Coastal Commission is fighting back, issuing Cease and Desist Orders against Sable Offshore Corp. for illegal pipeline work. But the company is ignoring orders, suing the commission, and pushing ahead with plans to restart in early 2025.

We’re grateful for the Coastal Commission’s dedication to protecting our shores and for allowing public voices to be heard. Now, it’s on us to stand with them.

💥 We can’t let history repeat itself. Demand accountability and say NO to offshore drilling and reckless industrial expansion! 🌊💙🩵

I am so happy to announce that I helped my clients get into their first home! This is a huge win because they are both teachers who worked so hard to make this huge purchase happen. We were chosen out of 11 offers, over asking! This goes to show you there is still humility in this industry.🙂

I’m excited to announce that I finally passed my client’s keys off to them, after they patiently waited after a 29 day rent back. They own Chinese Village Restaurant in Capitola. They’ve worked so hard for the past 10+ years to save up for their first dream home here in Santa Cruz. If you haven’t eaten there before, you should. Some of the most delicious Chinese food around, and I’m not just being biased.🤗

I’m thrilled to announce that I successfully represented the buyer in the acquisition of this charming fixer-upper in San Jose. Through clear communication and unwavering patience, we navigated the process smoothly and closed today!

If you know me at all, you’ll know I spent a considerable amount of time in school, absorbing all the information my mind could handle and then some. I thrive on learning. Real Estate was definitely the right career path for me because the learning never stops (even when you’ve been in the industry for years, you still learn something new). Do you ever struggle with work / life balance? I know I sometimes do. I’m always on the go. Which I don’t mind AT ALL (I chose this path)….BUT, it’s equally important to carve one hour ( or two if you’re lucky 🍀) for just YOU. The recharge is super important, so you can keep on keepin’ on… I told myself this year, I will prioritize self care with a solid work/ life balance to stay in the flow.
