What a rollercoaster of a year in real estate! Early in the year, we experienced the strongest “Sellers Market” we’ve ever seen in Santa Cruz County with LOW inventory, LOW interest rates and INSANE buyer demand - I had one listing sell for half a million dollars over asking! Mid year, the Fed raised Interest Rates WAY more than anyone anticipated to help fight inflation, the Stock Market also experienced heavy losses especially in the Tech Sector. These economic factors affected affordability in our area and cooled our market down to become a “Buyers Market” where prices are being slashed and buyers are now in the driver’s seat to negotiate a better price and terms. Despite all the volatility in the market, It’s been a Huge year of Growth for our team and I was able to help 22 families achieve their real estate goals.

I feel extremely fortunate to live and work in Santa Cruz and make a positive impact during such a crucial time in my clients lives.
